Dorothy has been working as a Voice coach for the past 25 years in London, Brighton and internationally.

Dorothy has an MA in Voice Studies from Central School of Speech and Drama and has had fifteen years’ experience as a voice lecturer and Voice Movement Therapist. She works with groups and takes individual sessions face to face and online.

She was Head of Voice for Brighton performers college for 7 years. Worked as a voice teacher at Italia Conti Drama college London. A voice teacher at ACT, Academy of Creative Training, Brighton and Voice and presentation lecturer at The American Intercontinental University / Regents University London. 

Her teaching has been informed and inspired by her own Voice teachers: Katarina Moraitis (Head of Voice, CSSD), Christine Linklater, Frankie Armstrong, Jan Haydon Rolls, Barbara Houseman and the late Cicely Berry (who was the Head of Voice at the RSC).
